HISTORY

"Fita Trade" LLC is a leader among Ukrainian producers of fruit and berry preserves and supplements. The history of the company began in 2000.

The company strives to take into account the tastes of all its consumers, therefore the range of products produced under the Emmi TM is constantly expanding.

Over the years of cooperation with many well-known Ukrainian trade networks, "Fita Trade" LLC has established itself as a reliable supplier of the highest quality products.

PRODUCTION

The plant produces about 8,500 tons of products per year. German, Italian, Polish, and Ukrainian high-quality technological equipment is used in production, and only selected fresh frozen fruits and berries are used as raw materials for TM Emmi fillers.
In production, specially developed pectins and stabilization systems are used, so the products meet clearly defined characteristics: thermoreversibility, thermostability, etc.The enterprise has implemented the ISO 9001 international product quality management system.
The specialized laboratory carries out physicochemical and microbiological analyses of raw materials and finished products at all stages of production.
